Just curious - how many of you think yoga is unchristian? I mean, technically it is categorized as heresy, being a central stream of philosophy in Hinduism, so...

I have grown up Christian my whole life, and I love yoga. I find it to be one of the only times I can quiet my often racing mind. I tend to have an open view about religion though. I think God is bigger than any one Church. So some Christians would probably disagree with me. But it doesn't have to be spiritual, it can be purely physical and mental--focusing on your body and challenging it, while quieting your mind.
